i forgot my second password

hi, i came back to this game again. but i forgot my second password. how can i retrieve it? thank you in advance!

To have your secondary password reset, you will have to first go to our Support Portal and create an account there. For that, you can use the link in my sig below or one of the links on the website's main page. When you create your account, be sure to use the email address that is linked to the forum/game account for the issue. Once created, use that Support account only for issues related to the linked forum/game account. Correspondence with Support will be made through this Support account and the email address that you've provided. Bookmarking the URL of the Support Portal is recommended.

Entitle the ticket "Reset Secondary Password" and in the body of the ticket, ask Support to reset your password. As backup, also provide the following information:

Game account name
Server(s) played on (if resetting multiple secondary passwords)
Main character name(s)

Depending on ticket load, it may take a day or two for Support to respond and reset your password. Do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue. Each ticket will put you at the end of the service queue and delay the resolution of your issue.

I've the same problem...i've sent a mail to support...but i'm waiting for a day...but nothing...how much i have to wait?

You might check the Junk/Spam folder for the email account that you linked to your Support account--the response may be in there instead of arriving in your Inbox. Also be aware that there are some ISPs which block emails from Frogster. Why they do this is beyond me.

How do you actually send them the message is it the "Ask a Question" Panel because that's the only thing i see that looks like it.

That is precisely what you do.

You will see a Subject Line, below that a text box in which to frame your request, a place to attach a screenshotor other document which you want to send to Support, and then Product and Category drop-downs. The latter are used to choose the game (Runes of Magic) and what the issue is to related to (My Account). Below those are spaces for your game account name and the name of the affected character.

Subject line: Secondary password reset
Text box: Ask Support to reset your game account secondary password
Attachment: None

Product and Category are obvious.
