Need Siege Title Guide

Can a CM please create a Siege Title guide? There used to be one that linked to an Imageshack image, but now that image is broken and its too blurry to see anything. I used that image/guide a lot; I dont want to lose track or miss a few skills that I am planning on obtaining from the titles.
