How to remove fire training animation

I'm trying to remove fire training animation from spell effects but the original forum post in the old rom forum seems to have been deleted. Could someone please help me with this? thanks.

The 'addon' that you are referring to is now classified as model hacking and is no longer condoned/allowed on the official forums.
