How to get Luxurios 2 story wooden house&basement

Hello there
I have been wondering how to get the luxurious two-story wooden house with basement house contract since I didnt find it in the item shop. Is it removed? Was it only for a short period?

I just looked and it is still in the CS.
Look under Housing > Contracts
It's the 2nd one listed on the right.
