What Time Does the Day End (US Servers)?

Another one from the newb question department - at what time does a new "day" start for such things as doing more daily quests?

i believe server dailies are reset at 9 am eastern

Dailies reset at 6am server time for all regions. For the US servers, this is the PDT timezone.

Event NPC's, such as Owenstein, reset at Midnight.
