Can't log in - version different from the server?

Hi, I have problems logging in after todays update. It automatically patched the game and when I try to log in now, I get "Your version is different from the server; please update your version". My version is 5.0.0.2538.en.
Thanks for help

For your issues, there are a couple of things to try. First, restart your computers and see if this fixes the problem--it sometimes does.

If it doesn't, go here: http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=31461 Read Tigsman's instructions on how to download and copy patch files to your main game folder. Then download the top three Chapter V patch files--you shouldn't need to download the big 1.3GB file. Run each patch file from the main game folder in ascending order and then run the game. This should[b] fix the issue.

In your case, you might be able to get away with doing what I suggested above. If the issue continues, though, please start a new thread in Technical Issues and post a dxdiag so we can take a look at your hardware and driver setups. The "how-to" is a link in my sig.

Hope this helps.
