I'd like to know too.

Instead of doing a blanket reset, how about giving players the OPTION to reset their TP, or leave their TP points where they're at......

I am angry at the reset of the TP simply because I have less TP than I had already allocated. I had 2 million to allocate before update and today, I see I have 9 million plus TP, there is nooooo way, I only had 7 million plus TP allocated. I had more. This TP issue needs to be fixed. I had most of my TP allocated evenly for most of my skills and had a lot of my skills maxed or with in 1 or 2 levels of max.

A friend figured it out, for example, if a person did one round of daily quests (thats 10) at the Butterflys, thats about 226,000 TP. So 35 days would have been approx. 7 million in TP, this does not include BONUS TP, TP from kills, TP from regular quests and TP from Talent Charms. I have been playing since February of this year. Pretty much every single day. So I ask ..... WHERE IS MY TP?

The posting time is also wrong. It's only 4pm where I live.

All you can do is contact Customer Support and ask them nicely to look into your account. They'll be able to confirm what the correct amount of TP is for you & to 'reset' your TP again so that you have the full amount you've earned.

I hope they do. I had 2 million and a little extra that I had not allocated yet. So the reset upped that to 9 million and a little extra. That's why I said, that there is no way I only had 7 million allocated.
