Missing Transport Spells

I created an alt and noticed I no longer have Transport to Heffner or Transport to Riefort. On past alts I've had this unlocked since level 1. I just selected my second class and received Transport to Riefort along with Logar but still no Heffner. Am I really going to have to wait for level 20 before this becomes available? Is this a bug or was this a change with the new patch?

Yea I realized this too, and I was pretty upset lol...
I hope it's a bug, cause i was expectring to be able to level right up to 50 in one day, with an exp event.
But there wasn't any event.
I'm pretty lazy too.
I guess my dwarfs dead.
It was ugly anyway...

You only ever received the Reifort spell when you picked your second class.

The availability of the Heffner transport spell was only ever supposed to be there when you reached 20/20 so consider the bug as fixed.
