new to game

ok im new and still waiting for the game to DL and install, i have played many F2P mmos and was wondering, if you buy items in the item shop can they be sold in game to other players NOT buying items?

Most items in the item shop are bound to your character.*

*This excludes items that are made from item shop items.

Yes, it is called gifting. When you look at an item in the IS you will see two options, buy and gift. Buy is to get the item yourself, gift allows you to buy it for someone else. Obviously, you would have to pre-coordinate with the other player you intend to sell to. Note that this system comes with some risk.
