So having recently started a champ (and mistakenly added a 2nd class of warlock) it's time to add a third class!
So, what should I make my third class? I'm going to absolutely dump warlock (too complex, I don't like it) and use my third class as the secondary.
Originally, I was thinking a Champ/Rogue would be a good combination for the high dps that champs lack whilst in shield form. Then it dawned on me that the bleed effect of shadowstab is only from daggers (I'm using hammers) and rogues can be rather squishy. However, on the plus side, two 1-H hammers does have its appeal, especially with the champ's hammage (hammer-damage) passive skill.
Next up, I thought about Champ/Priest. Much like its knight counterpart, the champ lacks serious DPS to hold aggro, ESPECIALLY in shield form. Being a priest, while providing incredible survivability, doesn't do DPS much justice. Essentially you'd have to whittle away at the opponent's HP while they tucker themselves out.
Finally, I considered Champ/Warrior. While they may use the same fuel (rage), they both benefit from each other's skills. Primary skills of a warrior boost strength along with a toggle-able physical attack/physical defense buff and a nice little AOE spinning attack. The Brute Strength skill would augment the Champ's physical attacks while also boosting the Stamina of the Champ while in shield mode (look up shield mode if you don't know how it works).
Even so, I am still stuck on which one to choose.
Suggestions?
