Help please.

Even though I downloaded the 'slim' client, the game is still a bit slow. What game settings can I change to speed things up?

Try lowering the graphics slightly (Or a lot if necessary) and decreasing the view distance. I find that just adjusting the view distance does wonders to improving performance.
