Trading between characters on same server!

Hi, I'm a new Runes of Magic player. I play with my friend on the same server. When we try to trade in the game it says. "This feature is currently unavailable for your account". And i wundered what I should do for the trading channel to be available? Please help

I honestly don't know what the problem could be, except if it's a bug. You should be able to trade back and forth without having to do anything. Just make sure the item isn't bound, as you can't trade bound items.

I would send in a ticket, and hopefully someone else can offer some more advice.

When i tried to ask other players by using "/world " It also said that my account didn't have the features to do that. it's really anoying

In order to use world chat, you need to have megaphones, so if you don't have any, it won't let you.

As for trading between players though...honestly, I've never heard of this error O.o. There's nothing special you have to do to trade.

What items are you trying to trade? Bound items cannot be traded between players; Bind on Pickup armor and weapons first need an item called an Advanced Bind Lifter used on them before they can be traded- cash shop items, some quest items and some general items cannot be traded at all.

We need some more information to help you.

You are using the standard trade interface? By that I mean you are targeting your friend, right clicking his portrait and selecting the Trade option, then putting the item you wish to trade into the trade window? RoM uses this functionality and not a "trade channel", though private chat channels do exist on most servers for the purposes of contacting people who wish to purchase items.

Have you clicked the link given in your registration verification email?

If so, you're account hasn't verified properly and you will have to submit a ticket to Customer Support asking them to enable use of the Auction House and Mail.

It's not only something i can't trade.. I can't trade anything as soon I press on the "Trade" button it respons

And by trading i do press right click on the target and select "trade"

That's exacly what i can't do. But i have veryfied my Mail though, is there any other thing i can do then, without making a new account?
