You are doing teh right thing by upgrading your video card first. It will give you the most bang for the buck at first. System memory can wait a bit but it still needs an upgrade when you can. Put as much in as you can the more system memory ram you ahve the happier the OS is.

I would go with teh ASUS one seeing as I ahve had very good luck with their brand and their support is very good.

went ahead and got this one its working great i get pretty good FPS on normal setting(slim client) towns area bit laggy but i think its like that for almost everyone.http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Galaxy---GeF…d=1218671140103

Not too bad, and yes most if not all of us experience lag in towns (especialy the entire area of Thunderhoof Hills). You might want to fiddle witht eh settings to find a happy medium though. Couldn't hurt to try.
