Black Codex Transport Spell

Hey guys, had a question regarding the Black Codex Transport spell. This is the "spell" you can buy using Ancient Mementos from a Black Codex Vendor in Kampel Town in the Land of Malevolence. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this being updated to include the Aeternal Circle in Rorazan or any other instance that might be later introduced into the game via patch. Thanks.
