i cant log in

ok i have everything downloaded i can log in and everything i changed my game password and a few minutes later i go to log in (in the game) and it keeps saying that account or password is incorrect well i tripple checked the account name and password and i keep getting the same message ive heard this game is well put together but im starting to think different please help me

Did you get the confirmation e-mail saying your account was activated for RoM?? If you did next ensure that on the bottom right of the launcher is says EN-US in the region settings.
