Is there a way to come to heffner camp as lv.1 ?

Is there a way to come to heffner camp as lv.1 ?

Hello!
I think it got changed, but is there ANY way to come to Heffner camp without using the spell u get at third class?
When i got that skill i created a Warrior and hoped that the teleport should be on that chracter too, but it didnt!
The character thats 24/20/1 R/K/S = Got heffner camp teleport
The character thats 1 W = Do not got heffner camp teleport

Ok, i started wondering , is it characterbound? Maybe. Thats why i made this post to ask.

Help appreciated!

It used to unlock Heffner for every character made on your account if you'd unlocked it on a 20/20+ character before. That apparently was a bug, and it was fixed in the 5.0 update.

So no, there's no way to unlock Heffner on a level 1.
