How long do diamonds take?

I just recently bought Diamonds via the RoM website using paypal, it's been over an hour and i still haven't received them. I am kinda new to this game and a little confused on how exactly i am supposed to see these diamonds i just bought? Do they show up on the item shop screen? do they come in my in-game mail? did RoM just sucker me in to giving them money? what gives?

Gotta log out f the game then back in if you did it while logged in. if not then something may be wrong. Check with paypal and see if the transaction went through. if it did then send in a ticket. paypal is instant 90% of the time.

Yeah im going to log into RoM the third time after buying the diamonds, i sent a support ticket in. I was hoping to send me and brother a perma mount..that's all i really want right now.

Seriously you need to send in a ticket. I too use PayPal to purchase my diamonds and the longest It took to arrives show up was 30 mins .
You do not even need to log out of the game for it to appear. So hurry up and send in a ticket.

yeah i sent a ticket in already, i am sure they will take care of it. Just bummed that it's late at night and i will prolly be going to bed soon and wont have accomplished what i set out to do which was to buy a perma mount lol

Well just use a free mount tickets you get from the mini games in goblin mines and malatinas for the time being. I pull a 7 day horse yesterday . Haha

If this is the first time you've purchased diamonds, especially through PayPal, it can take as long as 24 hours for them to be assigned to your game account.

When they are, you'll see them in your Backpack listing underneath the gold listing in the lower right corner of the frame.

New policy? I clearly remember when I first bought diamonds, just finished transaction using paypal, just logged in and they were already there.
