Character transfer?

I was wondering if it is possible to have a character transfer. I have been gone for 18 months, and now on return, I find Osha to be a dead server. I want to reroll, but I've spent so much time on the character...

Help?

You have to start over brand new, from scratch, if you want to play on another server. Character transfers are not available.

EsxCape is correct, a Character Transfer is not technically possible at this point.
