With the new Warlock class, there's a couple of elites that debuff crit and elemental resistances. I know there's a couple of advanced runes that give elemental resist, and some PvP gear that gives crit resists.
I know that some of the high level bosses have lots of crit resistance, but I've not experimented with it
What does 1 pt of crit or elemental resistance actually mean? And conversely, what would 1 point of resist debuffs do?
