recently when ROM revamped the item shop prices i was excited to see this as to a player who doesnt spend alot of money for diamonds this was a godsend but i noticed that ABL's was taken completely off the itemshop and now only go on slae when rom feels like including them now some rumors have it that ROM plans to make equipment bind on equip like on the pvp servers i hope this is true but want to get some confirmation on it and an expected date as to when it will happen

If there is one thing Runewaker, Gameforge, and FEU ultimately fail at, it is releasing information. At the heart of the issue are communication problems between the companies, across three languages (German, English, and Mandarin) as well as all the usual communication issues that crop up between members of the same company that speak the same language.
That's why we get official patch notes with information that is often incorrect or outdated, no advance sales information and very little warning about what they're going to do if a major technical issue occurs with the game client or server.
The best you can do is to suggest improvements here on the forums and hope that somehow, somewhere, it'll get to someone who can (a) understand your post, and (b) is empowered enough to do something about it.
