Problem about logging in

Hello,

I cant login the game,first i wait for so long at my character choosing screen,then when i finally choose my characater, loading bar just stoods empty.
Is this a connection problem with me or everyone is having same problem?

And now i cant see my character after i choose my server eventhough it says i have 1 character at that server..And when im able to see my character and choose it,im seeing the loading screen,but loading bar stays empty for a while,then i just get back to the login screen without any error.

Ok from looking at your specs this would be either a corrupted install or a issue with rom it self. I recomend using ccleaner to fully clean the pc restart do a pc clean up using windows it self clean up all restore points defrag and restart again. If that doesn't solve the issue re install rom. I use to work with computers till i lost my hand. I hope this works for you

4)Reinstalled RoM
Now im stuck at this screen, it just stays as in picture and nothing happens.By the way i want to metion that i have played this game for a week without any problem.

I see one issue with your computer and one issue with your client--based on the image link you provided.

About my computer, i have NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M on my laptop and i dont know why its not on my dxdiag,as i said i played this game before with everything at max detail and i never had problem,my fps was quite good.

About installing patch,i just deleted 'runes of magic' folder at my 'documents' and everything suddenly started to work,so if there is anyone else who is having same kind of problems ,they can just try to delete that folder first!Right now im playing the game without any problems.

RoM isn't known for being able to detect a secondary (and more capable) GPU/chipset on a notebook computer, so you may have to either go into your Power Management settings and set them to "High Performance" or go into the BIOS settings on startup and see if you can force the computer to default to using the nVidia GT 650M GPU. If you aren't comfortable doing the latter on your own, I'd recommend leaving it as it is, or have it done by a professional.

It's possible that one or more files in the RoM data folder became corrupted. Deleting the folder apparently did the trick. Glad to see that you're back up and running.
