compromised account

This is to inform every one here that the character Darkatarina of the server Reni And the guild lost dreamers has been compromised beyond recovery. I am no longer in control of this account and frogster refuses to help in this issue. I would hope that you can please spread the word for me as i am not logging into the game no longer even with a new account. So any thing you see it doing will be an act of fraud and or theft.

SO if any one has any suggestions as to what action i should take now I would appreciate any help.

Did you try requesting a password change? Unless your email has also been compromised....change your password on that first i guess.

its all compromised email every thing i disconnected the router to make sure they could be caught logging in from their connection. I have been seeing allot of this as of late. Even though frogsters user agreement supposedly says some thing about not holding them responsible for account damages. I kinda feel like im being raped here you know. My accounts are gone my gears being screwed with. So idk who they expect to be held responsible since they obviously like promoting hacking and theft of accounts.

The first part that I quoted from your post is simply not true. Our support staff will always try to assist you to the best they can and to be able to do so they require your cooperation and that you follow instructions and give all information you can give, truthfully and constructive.

I am very sorry to hear your account might have been hacked. However, we on forums can not help with such cases and so I will have to ask you to continue this case with our support. If there is a way to assist you, they will assist you.

I will close this thread as we on forums can not help and further speculations will be just that, speculations, and not helpful for your case or other users.

I hope this matter can be resolved, please continue to cooperate with our support.
