The first part that I quoted from your post is simply not true. Our support staff will always try to assist you to the best they can and to be able to do so they require your cooperation and that you follow instructions and give all information you can give, truthfully and constructive.
I am very sorry to hear your account might have been hacked. However, we on forums can not help with such cases and so I will have to ask you to continue this case with our support. If there is a way to assist you, they will assist you.
I will close this thread as we on forums can not help and further speculations will be just that, speculations, and not helpful for your case or other users.
