Diamonds Missing!

Hello Frogster,

I have currently bought diamonds this morning ( 100 dollars worth of them ) and the transaction was successful according to my bank. I loged out and loged back and never got them. I loged out and loged back in and press diamond exchange and it says please confirm your deposit. Currently there is no diamonds deposited please help!

The diamond deposit button has nothing to do with your issue - indeed I have no idea at all what it is for.

Only Support can help you with billing issues. Go to the Support portal to open a ticket by 'asking a question' though you will need to create a Support account if you don't already have one.

You might also just wait for a bit - some transactions can take a while (if you used a bank transfer up to a few days) and even instantaneous transactions can take a while to show up in diamonds.

Kat is 100% correct. Often it can take 30 minutes which is an extreme case.

Support will address the issue so give it a wait and see.

Let us know asap if it was successful please.

Zeevex is the way to go. There is no wait option. There is no logging in and out. After the transaction, go use the restroom, and when you're back the diamonds are already there.
