Buying Diamonds from Zeevex Help!

good day,

Well I was trying to get some diamonds trough Zeevex today I redemeed my card
and and did everything else that took me to the website and asked me to login using my email.
I logged in and after it asked me for a KEY/VOUCHER and I have no idea what to type in there.
I would appreciate if someone helps with that.

This usually means that you logged into the billing site with the wrong e-mail address - one tied to no account, or one tied to an account with no characters.

Please make sure you are using your registered e-mail address when you log into the website to buy diamonds.

Ooops yea I logged in with the wrong account. Still though im using the correct account now and after logging in it takes me to choose server where diamonds are going to and the payment method but i only see the credit card payment, I dont see how to trade the zeevex tokens for diamonds. Ive done this before when chapter 3 was up, i just came back a few days ago from a year of inactivity sorry im a bit lost :(

Login on the Recharge Diamonds page with the correct e-mail, and select your server and then the diamond package you wish to purchase.

There should be a "Zeevex" option at the bottom. This will take you to Zeevex's site, and you can complete the transaction from there.
