Skill training certificate level 25 problem

I got my level 15 and level 20 skill training certificates to work as normal, but I have a problem with the level 25.

I got a certificate for level 25 from an old bag, because I heard you can use this to bypass the normal requirements for getting the certificate. But the skill trainer (the one by forsaken abbey) says I still need one.

I have it in my inventory, what am I doing wrong? Is it a glitch or do I still have to collect all the stuff anyway?

There is a trainer in heffner camp that you are supposed to use with the old bag acquired certs
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

Elite certificates received in Coast of Opportunity cannot be used at the "classic" Elite Skill Trainers. They can only be used in Coast of Opportunity.

The level 15, 20, 30, 40 and 45 certificates can still be used at the old trainers, but the 25, 35 and 50 certificates (from Old Bags) can only be used at Lowen Dunlit in Heffner Camp.

Thank you for the clarification. I was unaware that the "newer" training certificates could be used with some of the "classic" trainers.

Yeah, the issues comes as the old trainers at level 25 and 35 want a certificate that is class specific. These new fangled works-for-all-classes certificates that you get from Old Bags means nothing to them. It would be a simple fix I would have thought to have the NPCs updated, but hardly essential.
