Runes of Magic US / AU

Here is my deal:

I have NO "visible" quests left to do, but my quest lines are bugged in Tergothen Bay.

Morrok Willlander is currently in Secluded Valley, giving no quests.

General Lance, Callaway Kalume, Jessie Mocliff, Simon Dibark and Iswan Giant are all located in Thunderhoof Hills in the castle, also giving no quests.

As far as missing title quests go for each zone, in Thunderhoof, I still am missing "snooper" and "Morrok's Herb" both of which come from an item given from a quest that somehow got deleted back in the day and I have e-mailed to have sent to me MULTIPLE times but I still have not seen it. /rage

In Tergothen Bay, I am missing the following:

Mr Figgs Travels, This is Not a Quest, It's an Order, Disaster Aversion, New Alliance and Blessed Blood

I have tried to work backwards, but there is nowhere to work from. I have no quests in Thunderhoof, SJF, NJF, LIMO, LOM or TB. The only quest I have not completed is for 5th boss GCH, because the extra time limit always helps, but this has no bearing on my quest lines as others I know still have it and are not having these problems???

Is there any suggestions on where I can go or what I should try?

Someone even suggested that I go check Varanas, but there is nothing there for me either.

Where would this scroll be located? If you are talking about the letter that is supposed to be given on the floor when Janita Ant gives you the quest "Whose Safety," then I am not able to do that, because I can't even get the quest from Janita Ant yet. My quest line is bugged prior to that.

I had a guildy show me where the scroll you are talking about should be, however it is not there for me. I believe I am bugged prior to it showing up.
