Extensive Download Time

For some reason, the most recent patch or update (believe it was the July 3rd update) wasnt working for me when it reached 100% over 100%... So I did a few things, they didnt work, and now Im re-downloading the game (slim version) and its only at 1k of 6k after 2 days... Im not the most patient person and cant wait almost 2 weeks for the damn thing to finish. Anyone else have this issue before or is there something i need to do because this is extremely frustrating... thanks

Do you have a really slow internet? I can download the slim client in about 45 minutes -2 hours.

I had this problem of yours every time I try to download a newer version of the client.
The speed of the download varies vey largely in my case, it's like 1-1500 kbytes.

Mine's being slow too. It barely goes above 70KB/s whereas at other times my internet can do over 900KB/s. I'm getting the full client, so it looks like it'll be a while...

Download the files for the client you want individually. They're the same files that the download manager gets for you.

You need the ROMSetup file and all of the .bin files for the client you wish to download, either slim or full (advanced). Don't mix the installation file for the clients.

Okay, i downloaded the RoM Setup, but when i download the RoMSetup-1.bin it says my download time is 8 days, and it goes at .1 every like 2 minutes.. Im using the slow and free download on FileFactory, will getting the Premium fix this?
