So I made a clean stated Tier 9 after much labor and multiple accounts farming shells for bygones for weeks. I clean stated rouge stats but now I need two push stones or 2 clean T9s. I was just praying there was a easier way to make a clean Tier 9. I have enough PFS bags for one if I choose to go the expensive route. My first though was to use 3 dirty stat T9 stones on an excellent belt. then remove the 6 green stats with APS's and use a PFS to pull off a clean T9 but I was told this would not work as it would revert back to its originally tier. LAME! So any other suggestions? or am i just screwed to wasting time an money haha.

There might have been an alternate route at the start... like instead of putting all stats on one stone for one t9... maybe if you had spread them out a bit more between 3 stones... however I'm not sure if there's really any method that is less costly than another. I had asked once how a guy on my server had clean t9'd his dagger and all he told me was that his whole guild had to help him and it took about a week. I've heard (in passing) that some crazy player clean t10'd an endgame weapon... Well I have yet to see it personally, but that by far is insanity. xD If I see any of these players online within the next 24 hours, I'll try to find out specifically how they accomplished it and pass it on to you.

It's such a waste to clean t9 or clean t10. You'd be better of clean t7'ing all your other gear. Or dirty t11'ing the weapon.

I have seen several examples of weird gear. I saw clean T8 statted L72 piece but one that was only +3 plussed, used combination of L67 and L70 stats and the stats were worse than what is being linked at in the thread.

It is a weird combo of very top end statting with tiers and some very clueless statting otherwise. I don't see how anyone who does statting which is that bad can have enough resources to tier that high. That leads me to suspect (yes, suspect, I have no proof) that these high tiers were obtained by illegitimate means, by some kind of dupe.

Mind you, bad statting alone does not mean it is hacked - my first few pieces of gear were horrible. Still, by the time you get to endgame gear, you should not make mistakes like that.

My T9 is 4 dex/pattk 2 dex/stam.. bygone/eternity/glory/hero/bygon/eternity.. I could tier 7 all my gear but it is already T7 and not sure I want to redo it all yet. Beside with all the crappy shells pulls I get.. I needed a project. Started work on the next push T9 stone last night.. could be a few weeks but if I ever complete I will post here. Then we all can talk about how dumb it was
