Will this play ROM on low or medium settings?

iv been searching for a cheap good gaming/school work laptop and im hoping i found one i was wondering if this would play ROM alright here are the specs:
AMD Quad-Core A6-3420M 1.5GHz processor
4GB RAM
320GB Hard Disk Drive
AMD Radeon HD 7670M

there's also this one i was looking:
AMD Quad-Core A8-3520M Accelerated Processor 1.6GHz with TurboCORE Technology up to 2.5GHz (4MB L2 Cache)
Windows® 7 Home Premium
500GB Hard Drive
4GB DDR3 Memory
AMD Radeon™ HD 6620G Graphicswith 512MB of dedicated system memory

i was wondering if anyone could tell me which is better and or which will play ROM easier

Thank you for your time :)

I'd say the first one would do better, but depends on the video ram. If I remember right (not always reliable) the 7 series have a small amount of 'real' video ram on them, and use system ram only for large video textures

Do not get one with Intel Graphics as RoM will NOT run on it. Anything with an ATI or Nvidea wil work fine jsut check to be sure the system meets the minimum for cpu and memory.

Wanted to add this, be very wary of the CPU/GPU combinations, they at this moment are not supported by RoM and I ahve had no luck getting one to work properly with RoM (friend bought a computer with an amd CPU/GPU and have no idea what to do to get it to run RoM). The CPU's with the integrated GPU do not seem to have the get up and go that RoM demands.

AMD runs just fine i have AMD dual core CPU and RoM runs perfectly!

I would go with the second computer...

Yes the normal AMD cpu's run fine, but the integrated ones with teh cpu and gpu on the same chip do not. Here is an example of one that will not work with RoM:

Yes I chose the cheapest one out there but I am using it only as an example of which ones to avoid. The normal processors that do not have the integrated GPU work with RoM fine.
