Need help logging into game please!

Hi, everyone this is my first time downloading this game onto my new computer. I can log into my acount via website but i can not log into the game when I type my username/password into the game to play it, it says error wrong username or password or w/e.

Please, can anyone help me? Thank you!

P.S. I apologize in advance if im posting in the wrong thread...

could this be because i have runes of magic saved in my Program Files (x86)?

Check to see whether the game zone is set for the US, if you try to log into an EU server you'll get that error.

As refugee said, double-check to make sure that you have the language and region (English/USA) selected. Also, remember that passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure that Caps Lock is OFF.

And no, it doesn't matter that your main RoM folder is in Program Files(x86)--this is where 32-bit programs and applications are placed when using a 64-bit version of Windows.
