Random Attribute Extractor working for you?

Has anyone else been having problems with random attribute extractors?
When they first came out, I've used quite a few of them and they worked like they are supposed to:

Open Arcane Transmutor, click top right icon, place gear and stone in, and wha-la.
Recently, I tried using a random attribute extractor and it won't remove stats anymore. I would hit confirm but nothing would happen.

Maybe I''ve been doing something wrong and forgot how to use them? Or has other people not been able to use theirs (recently - last month or so)?

Check to make sure that the item you're trying to remove a stat from actually has a stat to remove. Also, if you haven't separated a single stone from a stack, then do so. The Transmuter won't let you extract a stat with more than one extraction stone in the extraction slot. Also, don't forget to hit the confirm button.

If that doesn't help, try restarting the client. I've had mine sometimes refuse to transmute items after I've been online for a while, and a relog usually fixes the issue.

ya I made the mistake of trying to put the stack in there, and forgot to remove just one from the stack. I haven't had a problem using them at all.

I had the same problem once and was scratching my head for a good 5 mins until I flipped it back to the regular transmutor side and found I had junk stored in it.. Took out the junk and it worked fine again..

I have single stacks of the random attribute extractors but my gear has 6 stats. Maybe I've misinterpreted what stat can or cannot be extracted. The 6 stats I have are dext/patt crim/hero/glor and stam/patt crim/hero/glor. Are those stats that can't be removed? 'o.0

I've also restarted the client and I've been trying multiple days on using the random attribute extractors, no luck. Chances are, it's probably just my gear that cannot have a random attribute extractor be used on since I've only tested it on a crossbow I've had.

Its might be a lame question but are u using the random attribute extractor interface(3 slots) instead of arcane transmutor(5 slots)?
