Newborn Zodiac + Ruby Pet

I have question regarding the 20% buff to Drop Rate/exp/TP. of each pet. I currently have a newborn gemini and im considering getting the ruby shop pet too (Buddy resonance)

1. Can you have both buffs at the same time?

2. If not can you use them both in the same day and get the buff for each?
