Warlock question (or Dwarves in general) ...

What I haven't been able to figure out, and nobody has actually answered me in-game, is at what point can a Warlock or Champion transform into their robotic states. (and how to do it)

Shield form? That is at 16. And, yes, Champion skill. Regular, not elite.
