Ground Glitch--Help me!!

I have my graphic settings on high, and my terrain is displaying torches and fake/photo grass patches everywhere!

It is really annoying me...does anyone know how to fix this?
As you can see below, when I re-logged, the terrain glitch changed to flowers.

As you can see, it also effects the mountains, making them look ridiculous.

Here are my graphic settings:

I am on high graphic settings, does anyone know what is wrong?

Yeah, I'm not the only one that is having this weird glitch? Ugh I have minor OCD and it's really distracting gr.....
