Mysterious Package

Can anyone tell me if there is a purpose for the "Mysterious Package" sold under packages in the phirius token portion of the item shop? It's one token, for the price of one token....
Someone was talking in a chat channel about a title that can be obtained? Can't find any information on this anywhere.
