Newbieish Question

If you dropped the Water Dragon Connection quest and recalled out, how do you pick it back up again if Polython wont port you back in?

that one isnt given to you by polython its given by Zanodorth. if you use the backspace key to enter the quest lookup section and search for his name you will find it

Update; NPC search didn't hit on his name, still can't figure out how to pick the quest back up.
Edit; I figured it out, have to go to Logar and enter Cave of the Water Dragon and get to the area the quest was.
