Crash Report

Every time I go to log in to the game, I get a crash report. I have downloaded all of the patches and my game version is up to date but I am unable to get into the game. Any ideas?

Looking for any ideas as to why my game keeps crashing before I can even login. I click on the icon to start the game, I get the game screen and hit start game and then I get the crash report :( Any thoughts appreciated.

If this is your first time trying to play the game, check to see if you meet the minimum requirements.

Were you able to play the game before? Is this recent occurrence, like every-time after the last major patch? (could be corrupt patch file). Did you uninstall the game then re-install with latest client (try the slim client seems to be more stable).

This was not my first time playing the game. I was able to play the game before the new chapter. I have downloaded all the patches since then but the game crashes each time I try to start the game. I'll try to uninstall and re-install.

I had similar problem, it would give me a crash report with this new patch (Shadowforge Dwarves) it would crash tho, ONLY when i was gathering materials (mountain demon grass, and ash wood) then i would log back in and it would give me the materials i was gathering, then CRASH again.... it hasnt done it again tho, and i havent done anything different....


any thoughts? try optimizing ur computer, deleting old comppressed memory, fix your registry, uummm... you got me. But i found some tool to fix registry and i havent crashed, so maybe it was just my laptop.... or the registry was full of junk.



p.s. its called Ccleaner, u can get free one form Download.com i believe.... or any mirror, just Check for viruses if u dont get it from Download.com
