diaminds not showing up

I ordered diamonds two days ago. I submitted a support ticket and so far only got the email asking to confirm my email. Are lots of people having diamond issues? Is that the delay?
Another paying customer on hiatus until some changes are made.

yes if you used PayPal it or even a credit card there can Be a hold, with your first PayPal purchase it is 24 hours, with a bank it could be a few days, this is usually due to the bank not the game.

contact support then, you should have had them already, find a gm post and follow the link on their signature. Put everything in the support email, date time confirmation code, don't leave anything out or it will take longer.

well i just purchased mine about 2 hours ago and havent recieved them and i use zeevex so they need to get off ther butss and get them to me
