How do you get this "Damage Out" info bar?

In some vids, I saw people have this "damage out" thing that shows the damage of every attack they use (without the mess of combat log).

Anyone know how I can get this?

I think that one is called Simple Damage Log

Is there any way to download from the curse client where it auto unzips and takes cares care of all that lol.

No, the addon is out of date and unmanaged, but it still works.
