Everyone thought that means a "X% More Diamonds" promotion... waited all day and that Happy Hour never happened. Was there one and I managed to miss it or did we just interpret it wrong?

We didn't interprut it wrong, they just forgot to turn it on LOL kind of like they forgot to fix the wardens after they made "Great" changes to them 2 weeks ago.
