Runes

Why have some of the better runes leading to better end game content been removed?
Can't make Recons, Hatreds, Loot, Experience, Fatal, Burst, Wrath, Miracle runes, one of the final runes in creating them is disabled or you can make the final two but they wont combine.

Sure it makes sense. If people could craft these runes themselves for free, why would they spend money on them?

because crafting the runes gets to be expensive with the charges and intermediate runes you need.

Charges are free. Low level runes can be farmed easily.

You really just need the two end runes to make a recon, i do it all the time with the runes from the mini games.
