Rogue / Druid question .

My question is what is the lv 35 Elite skill for the Rogue / Druid ? On wiki it says it makes the rogue posion slow targets attack speed and casting speed. In game when i ask the elite skills master npc it says it lowers magic resistance. I really want the slow posion!!!! Any Rogue / Druids that play that know? I found the patch notes on this forum and it read that it was the slow posion not the lower magic resist... what is it please????
