Any healer uses water. Reason is it gives Wisdom as main stat. Fire gives Int as main stat.

The alternative is the Light Pet, I personally prefer Light because the primary stat is Stam, Secondary Str, Third is Wis, it's a tank pet primarily but if you're a D/Wd and want to play on Wd might as well just pick the pet that has everything you need, not like Int really matters if you really want to be a healer.
