Old old problem, has to do with corrupted setting file. Go to your My Documents, then Runes Of Magic, then the character that is having issues. Delete savevariables.lua. Make sure it is in character specific folder, not the main folder - that savevariables.lua is common to all the characters and is not the source of the problem.
Once you do that, your character specific setting will be lost and need to be recreated. But the setting that causes pet menu crash will be gone too.
