As of now, we are still investigating and all received reports so far are a big help. However, please understand that we do not want players to discuss this bug in public on forums, to prevent that even by the good intention to give us more to go by it accidentally gives instructions to so far honest players to try this out as well.
That is why i would like to encourage you to - if you have not done so by now - please send me your description and observations in PM, so I can forward them to the developers and QA.
This does by no means mean we do not care about this issue that haunts 2 of our servers. It simply means we rely on your assistance in this matter to gain enough information to find the source and get a fix worked on. This also does not mean that we do not play the game. But from what we gathered so far, this bug needs very specific steps to be able to be reproduced and the more information we can get on this, the better for the community as a whole or in other words: we can test until oblivion may come, and will eventually find the issue, or we get lucky and find the source or we gain the vital information needed to do so faster and more effective, and you as the players who know how to reproduce this are the key to that. And after all, finding the source is not the instant solution to fixing this. Developing a fix needs time as well. So while I understand how aggravating this situation must be for players of these 2 servers, please give us the time and cooperation from players needed to solve this for good.
