Can't equip items????

I have a new staff to equip, hit required level(55) wing prayer staff, with my warlock/mage, but when I try to equip it, the normal box comes up saying it will be soulbound, thats fine, but when I try to click accept, box lights up like normal but nothing happens, box wont disappear, even if I click cancel. So whats going on? Tried re logging etc, nothing works/ Help!!!

This seems to be a patching bug, corruption within the last couple of patches, and seems to happen with older, patched client installations. The only way to fix it is to perform a reinstall, using the current Chapter V client installation files.

Let us know if that fixes the issue for you.
