How do you craft ingots?

I would like to craft some ingots, but I can't seem to figure out how. I assumed it would be in the same area as crafting sand and nuggets, but I don't see ingots anywhere. I even went to Hansen, the mining instructor in Pioneers Colony, to see if he had a recipe for it, and he doesn't sell any ingot recipes. I am a newbie to this game, so any help would be great. Thanks!

Yeah... At my level, that's not possible... Looking at the map, that's too far up, and I will surely die... Haha... Any other options?...

Obsidian Stronghold quests start around level 5. Use the skill book teleport to Reifort in Sascilla Steppes and walk east.

When you hit K, under the general tab there will be a some Transport: skills, depending on your race.

They are in Varanas too. Lower city west where the Pet Trainer is, The refiners there, the experts are in the inside of the house that teach it. They teach all the high quality refining.
