Lagging skills

My skills lag all the time, i mean I have more than enough rage for them, and the little red bar thing has cooled down on the skill on the action bar, and I'll push the button about 5-10 times and it WILL NOT activate for some reason. It does this weather it's instant or not, and even skills that take mana. It does this with all my skills and is not constant, but does it WAY too much to ignore it and it's deeply irritating. Does anyone else have this problem, and more importantly is there ANY way to fix it?

Some Warden/Warrior skills have been broken and no longer activate when you use them. The "fix" that was supposed to happen 3 weeks ago has yet to been seen.

If not, it could also be bad ping. Recently, I, and looking one forums, many others, have been experiencing bad ping spikes . At about 300 ping, you get a delay, and skills you click on activate a few seconds after you click on them. Sometimes my ping spikes to a couple thousand, and my skills just fail to activate all together until ping drops down to normal.

Thanks for the input ruisen, I play a w/k or k/w and having my skills lag as a tank, I'm sure you can imagine that is not the best time. I don't think it's my ping though, it generally stays right around 50-80 area, once in a while I do get that terrible ping spike but I don't think ping is my problem. It looks like I may just have to deal with it :/
