I'm not too sure what you mean. Are you able to get to Rorrzan and can't find any quests there? If you can get there, the questline that got you there goes on. Also, completing some quests in the little camp outside unlocks a majority of the quests inside the Front Line Alliance Camp, although I skipped several of them (due to them being confusing), and still had more than enough XP to get to level 72.

Yes, you have to finish the magical reconstruction line that takes you to TB from Redhill, then finish it in TB, then you get just about every important NPC ported to Rorazan, then you explore Rorazan. Where is your questline now?

If you haven't done any part of the Magical Reconstruction chain past Redhill, you'll be missing a lot of quests. The majority of quests in Front Line Alliance Camp aren't part of the quest chain, though; they're unlocked, as someone else said, through another quest outside of that area.

As for what comes next in your quest chain, there's a handy guide floating around on the forums with a list of all the quest names in order for the Thunderhoof+ quest chains.

The quests in the Alliance Camp are unlocked via the main Surging Undercurrent questline. The unlocked quests aren't a part of the line, but you need to get yourself to the Fallen Throne of Embers and complete the quest Elemental Lord to unlock all the stuff in the Camp.
