What to do When Diamonds Aren't Delivered

I bought some diamonds last night, not a huge amount, $9.99, and I have not received them after a day. I tried calling the number on my PayPal receipt but only got voice mail. I opened a ticket, and no response there either. Waiting even this long for diamond delivery is lame.

The fact that you did all things right is a good sign. I suggest waiting for Monday and see what happens.
I suggest not cancelling the Paypal poayment. Please get a screen print of the receipot on paypay as well and send it to support in addition to anything you may have already done.

Thanks for the answer. I did send them the paypal transaction number, and I can send them a copy of the receipt. I think what concerns me more than the diamond delivery is that I am noticing when I *try* to buy diamonds the system keeps telling me to log into the account management system to buy diamonds .. even tho I am already logged in. I think that is what happened with my purchase .. the system says I'm logged in, but it's not recognizing that I'm logged in. Then I log in again, and the same thing happens. I go to the diamond purchase screen and it says log in to buy diamonds. Something is screwed up with my account I think.
